DAY 6 OF THE 31 DAYS DEVOTIONAL WITH BRO IZUCHUKWU CHUKWUNWENDU

“Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.” (2 Peter 1:2)
Do you want more grace and peace in your life? God wants to give you more, but you have to do something. You have to get to know Him better. In 2 Peter 1:2, it says, “Grace and peace will be yours in greater measure as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.”
What does it mean to know God? It means to understand His character, His love, and His plans for you. It means to read His Word, the Bible, and listen to what He says. When you know God, you will trust Him more, and you will have more peace in your life.
But that’s not all. When you know God, He will give you more grace. Grace is like a special power that helps you do what God wants you to do. It helps you be strong when things are hard, and it helps you make good choices. When you have more grace, you will be better at doing what God wants you to do.
So, how can you get to know God better? First, read the Bible every day. It’s like a letter from God to you. Second, pray every day. Talk to God like He’s your friend. Third, go to church and learn from others who know God.
As you get to know God better, you will see changes in your life. You will have more peace, even when things are hard. You will have more grace to do what God wants you to do. And you will be happier, because you will know that God loves you and is with you.
So, don’t wait any longer. Start getting to know God better today. Read the Bible, pray, and go to church. As you do, you will see more grace and peace in your life. And that’s a promise from God!
PRAYER
“Dear Heavenly Father,
I ask for a deeper knowledge of You and Your love. Help me to understand Your character and plans for me. Give me more grace and peace as I grow in my relationship with You.
Show me Your ways, teach me Your paths, and guide me in Your truth. Increase my trust in You and help me to walk in Your grace.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.”
